If you are unable to join us in New Orleans on Wednesday, 30 May 2012 for the 5th EBVMA Symposium, we are offering a live webcast of the event for a reduced registration fee of $40.

Everyone is invited to attend the annual EBVMA Business Meeting from 5:00-7:00pm Central Time (20:00-Midnight UTC) at no charge.

While we are accepting onsite registrations up to the day of the event, the deadline for remote attendance via webcast is Tuesday 29 May at midnight Central Time. Webcast attendees will receive special instructions such as conference ID’s or passwords to watch the webcast shortly following registration.

If you are not joining the teleconference by landline or Skype, and wish to ask questions in advance or  are just listening in, you may submit questions in one of the following ways:

1. Go to our live broadcasts page and use the LightIRC chat window located at the bottom. Click on the “Menu” button and “Change nickname” to your real name.
2. Or, using your favorite IRC client (e.g. mIRC for Microsoft Windows or Colloquy for Mac OS X), join IRC server “charlie.zeroirc.com” and enter room “#ebvma”. Please use your real name or if using another nickname, please announce who you are when asking a question.
