Abstract

We like to imagine that medicine is based on good quality evidence from clinical trials. The reality is much darker: around half of all the trials done on treatments today or left on published, the results withheld from the doctors, researchers, and patients who need the most. And yet nobody has broken the law. This talk is and how did it gets withheld, why it matters, and a battle to get all trials reported.
