WHAT IS THE EBVMA?Founded in 2004, the EBVMA (Evidence-Based Veterinary Medicine Association) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) [United States] professional organization with an international scope. We were founded to better organize the emerging research, training and practice of evidence-based medicine. WHAT IS EBVM? Evidence-based veterinary medicine is the formal strategy to integrate the best research evidence available combined with clinical expertise as well as the unique needs or wishes of each client in clinical practice. Much of this is based on results from research studies that have been critically-designed and statistically evaluated. Help support our growing community of evidence-based practitioners!Donations help us provide more member resources and content at a nominal fee. Sponsors play a vital role in our day-to-day operations, as well as creative content, activities and resources like VetMed Resource and Vetlexicon. We work to support the research needs of our membership which include veterinarians, veterinary technicians/nurses, students and others interested in EBVM. For more information about donating at a sponsor level, please contact us at info@ebvma.org. Any donations are welcome because every bit helps, just click the button below. Election Results are In!Thanks to our membership for participating in electing our returning members of the Executive Board: |
